🌙 Ramadan – The Sacred Month of Blessings
Ramadan is the ninth month of the Islamic lunar calendar and holds immense spiritual significance for Muslims worldwide. It was during this blessed month that the Holy Qur’an was revealed to Prophet Muhammad (SAW) as divine guidance for humanity.
Muslims observe fasting (Sawm) from dawn (Fajr) to sunset (Maghrib), abstaining not only from food and drink but also from gossip, swearing, smoking, and sinful behavior. Ramadan is a time of purification, patience, charity, and increased devotion.

Among the last ten nights of Ramadan lies Laylat al-Qadr — the Night of Decree, Destiny, or Power.
Muslims believe that the Qur’an was first revealed on this night. It is described in the Qur’an as “better than a thousand months.” The exact date is concealed, but it is most commonly sought during the odd-numbered nights of the last ten days (21st, 23rd, 25th, 27th, or 29th).
On this blessed night:
-
Angels descend in abundance.
-
Allah’s mercy and blessings fill the earth.
-
Supplications are accepted.
-
Believers engage in prayer, dhikr (remembrance of Allah), and sincere repentance.
