If a user appears to have entered false, incorrect information about their education, profession, income, family etc., mark such profiles as ‘Report Abuse’ and refrain from contacting that user. if at any time Muslim Marriage, in its sole discretion, is of the opinion or has any reason to believe that You are not eligible to become a member or that you have made any misrepresentation about your eligibility, Muslim Marriage hereby reserves the right to forthwith terminate your membership and/or your right to use the services of Muslim Marriage without any refund of any monies paid to Muslim Marriage.

4. Meet with prospective partners you find on the platform in a safe place and inform your family or friends of the meeting.

5. Upon registration you grant indemnification to muslimonlinemarriage.com, its agents, offices, partners, employees, affiliates, and subsidiaries from any liability, loss, claim, or demand made by anyone because of violation of the agreement and/or because of violation of the terms and conditions laid out. Indemnification also includes violation of warranties and representations, and fraud from you.

6. Allow my detailed profile to be viewed by all visitors; or

7. Allow my detailed profile to be viewed only by registered users who pass my filters;

8. Don't show my detailed profile or summary profile to any user, I will search and contact profiles.

If you choose to terminate your membership, the MEMBERSHIP FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.

Your membership in the Muslim Marriage service is for your sole, personal use. You may not authorize others to use your membership and you may not assign or transfer your account to any other person or entity.

Cancellation / Discontinuation

If you want to discontinue the services (benefits of this pack) at any point of time, you can still enjoy listed paid benefits till the end of that year of membership. On your request, the membership will be discontinued from the next year onwards. Under no circumstances refunds would be made if membership is cancelled at any point in time. Maximum package validity is 6 years or user's marriage, whichever is earlier.

13. Registration and Password

You agree to be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree not to share these details with anyone for unauthorized access to this website. You agree to immediately reset your password if you forgot,lost or believe your password might have been stolen. You may also contact us through our contact us page for help in resetting your password if you are unable to do so.

14. Your Conduct

Muslim Marriage reserves the right to discontinue the product at any time. However, if you have already bought the product, you'll continue to enjoy the benefits till the period specified.

Muslim Marriage reserves the right to change product features at any time. However, you'll continue to enjoy the benefits that were offered when you bought the product.

Muslim Marriage reserves the right to cancel your membership at any point of time, if malicious activity is suspected. In such cases membership fees will not be refunded.
